You pay for the locker by using the kiosk. You can keep falling off and getting back on until your time runs out. My 8-yr old nieces did this and had a blast. Each guest is given 2 minutes to try and battle the water jets on a boogie board without falling off. There's a Boogie Board station for guests over the required height limit. You can purchase a refillable cup for $11 and use it for the duration of your stay. There's a small café that we only ordered pretzels from at $3.15 each. Most of the time they're nice and warm so we always get them when we finish in the park. There is an attendant outside folding them and handing you however many you need as you ask for them. Towels - small towels with a blue stripe is provided as you enter or exit the water area. If you don't want children raising heck above your room, I suggest getting a room on the top floor. THey continued their noise until exactly 11, when it finally got quiet. I called the front desk and asked them to ask the noisy neighbors to take it down a notch, however I was informed that the noise ordinance wasn't until 11. I know this because the noise was crazy and I went upstairs to see if it was in the hallway or in the room, and it was in the room with the door ajar. We stayed in suite 217 and the room directly above us was having a sort of party/get-together and they appeared to be running through the entire suite. The noise ordinance doesn't go into affect until 11pm. There are tons of crazy excited children running through the hallways. NOISE - There is a lot of hallway noise, and thumping around no matter what floor you get and no matter what time of the year you go.

The water park can be seen from each floor by looking through the windows surrounding it. HOTEL - The hotel is clean, staff is nice, housekeeping does their job, and once you realize where things are in the building you can easily find your way around. There is a heater/ac unit in the living room as well as the bedroom so each room can be temp controlled separately.
It had a sofa sleeper and another queen size bed, along with a small table with 2 chairs. The Living room is connected to the kitchen, but separated by the long table. There is also a separate bathroom for this bedroom, set up the same was as the main one, with shower and toilet behind a door and the mirror and vanity outside of the bathroom.

There is a separate bedroom with 2 queen size beds, an armoire with drawers and a 32" flat screen tv with cable on it. There is a main bathroom with a separate mirror area for people to get ready while someone is taking up the shower/bathroom. There is seating for at least 4 at the table attached to the kitchen. I always bring a cooler with me and stock up on food so that we can eat in the room. It consists of a large kitchenette with plenty of cupboard space for all of your food that you might bring with you. THE ROOM - This visit, I had a 3 Queen Bed suite. You're given room keys, wifi connection info, a flyer, and a wrist band per guest that's entering the water park. I checked in myself, another adult and 5 children. I always take advantage of this to get our money's worth. You're allowed to use the water park from noon on your arrival day, and for the remainder of the day after you check out. They don't just hold the room with it.ĪRRIVAL - Check in time is not until 3:00 but every time I have come, I've arrived early, before 1:00 and my room has always been ready for me.

I reserved with a credit card, and funds were withdrawn in the full amount immediately. RESERVATION - I reserved my room online so that I could compare rooms that were available based on the number of kids I was bringing with me to celebrate my daughter's birthday.
